5, start the air compressor, keep the pressure of the storage tank at 0.4- -0.5Mpa, the filter tank must be drained; close the # 1, # 3 fire check cold air valve; adjust the # 1, # 3 corner air manual valve so that the air pressure value before starting the arc between 0.2 ----0.35Bar (igniter digital display table shows the value).
6, touch screen screen without abnormal alarm can start the arc. When the cold ignition, the arc will be stabilized for 15 minutes before throwing powder; adjust the corresponding one and two air doors and the speed of powder to make the best combustion.combustion best.
Second, stop sequence
1、At the end of the ignition process, adjust the corresponding primary and secondary dampers and powder feeding speed according to the main burner requirements.
2、Stop the arc on the touch screen.
3. At the end of the boiler slide stop, stop the powder feed first, and then stop the arc after the pipeline is blown clean.
