1、The working place of the folding gluing machine should be kept clean, dust-free and ventilated, and smoke and fire are strictly prohibited.
2、When the gluing machine is turned on, the transmission chain and sliding surface should be lubricated, and the connecting bolts of each part should be checked frequently to ensure good connection.
3、Press the button to prepare for the start of the gluing machine, the buzzer will sound, at this time the power light in the operation part of the main control cabinet panel will light up, the main motor of the gluing machine will run and the motor light will light up.
4、After the main motor of the gluer is running, press the start button to start the machine. The tap button is mainly used to adjust the machine. Press the run button, the machine will run at the set speed.

5、Press the automatic button of conveyor belt, the conveyor will run. In case of emergency stop, press the stop button.
6、When the machine is running normally, press the paper feed button to start paper feeding, and press the paper feed stop button to stop paper feeding. When the machine is running normally, the vibration motor can be turned on to improve the paper feeding quality by not feeding double sheets.
7、The carton gluer is equipped with a remote control box: it is mobile and designed for convenient operation. The function of each operation button on it is the same as the main control cabinet panel.
8、The gluer is equipped with a switch and a speed regulator in the paper misfeeding section. It can be adjusted as needed, and will stop automatically if the paper goes wrong.
