Operating Procedures of Automatic Folder Gluer:

1. Carefully check the work order, samples, determine the box glue used, and prepare them.

2. Adjust the width of the baffle to be pasted, the two sides should be parallel, and the semi-finished color box to be produced has just been put down, and the side baffles on both sides are less than 1mm away from the color box, and then adjust the limit bolts to ensure that each product to be pasted passes smoothly And the phenomenon of no fetters appears.

3. Adjust the slope and height of the bracket in the box to be glued area, so that the product to be glued can move forward smoothly without fetters, and adjust the auxiliary guide rail and flow wheel after pressing. Make it suitable for the size of the color box to be pasted.

4. Adjust the box-gluing belt and the box-gluing guide, and then adjust the pressure of the box-gluing host and the wheel, and cross-fit with the belt.

5. Adjust the glue tank, and check whether the glue in the glue tank is sufficient, the amount of glue should be immersed 80% of the rubber wheel, and then adjust the glue tank and glue position.

6. Turn on the power switch, the main motor switch and the vibration switch. After the machine is adjusted, press the "Run" or "Inch" key, and press the "Paper" key to debug the machine, and check whether the machine performance is abnormal. Skew phenomena should be corrected immediately.

7. After debugging, test 5-10 sheets of the machine first, and adjust the speed of the machine after confirming the position and molding specifications.

8. When gluing the box, pay attention to the paper feeding state of the box, not over-line, offline or dislocation, so as not to affect the appearance and molding effect of the color box.

9. First confirmation: strictly in accordance with the first sample signing method.

10. After production, clean up the machine and keep it clean.

Automatic folder gluer maintenance:

1. The machinery must be kept clean and cleaned frequently.

2. Wipe the mechanical belt with clean water to keep it clean and prevent slipping, especially to prevent sticking to the belt. The glue wheel and glue box on the bottom of the hook must be cleaned after get off work every day, otherwise the glue in the glue box will freeze and affect the glueing effect.

3. The glue box of the glue part of the fold should be kept clean and cleaned frequently.

4. It is strictly forbidden to adjust the speed when the governor is stopped, otherwise the belt will be severely worn.

5. The inner row plate supports, shafts, and rods should be cleaned frequently. It is better to use a mixture of lubricating oil and butter. It can shake left and right to prevent rust.

6. It is best to drive slowly before turning on the machine and check whether the machine is abnormal.
